Who Are We?

The Anne Peirson Charitable Trust was established on the 28 April 1988 from the proceeds of a bequest originally made by Anne Peirson in the early 1900s. The aims of the Trust are to apply the income of such charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of Hythe as the Trustees shall think fit. Grants are considered from individuals or families resident in the parish and from local organisations, institutions, or other bodies with a local presence who serve the specific needs or interests of Hythe residents.

Beneficiaries of all applications to the Trust are required to be resident within the civic and parish boundaries of
Hythe, Kent https://www.hythe-tc.gov.uk/boundary-maps/

The Trust cannot give money to individuals – we work with applicants to organise what is needed and the charity will then pay for it directly.
The charity will not pay off debts
